  The Glow team installed a heating and cooling system throughout our house a little under a month ago. The whole team were very professional and hardworking during the entire process from planning to installation.
  
  Our house was a difficult installation - we have a combination of an old building at the front of the property and a modern extension at the back that has a very small pitched roof. After consulting with a number of heating and cooling companies in the area, Glow was the only company that were happy and willing to take on the job. As well as offer creative and modern solutions to ensure we ended up with a heating and cooling system throughout the house.
  
  Sean and Troy were a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough.

  The team from Glow are amazing, I’m only renting but the service the boys put in from start to finish was just awesome - very professional and everyone is so friendly. Thankyou team for the new aircon :) very grateful for all you have done !

  Right from quote through to install Glow Heating Cooling Electrical were reliable and great to work with. Evan and Zac were informative and made everything easy to understand with no problems during install. Will be my go to for everything heating and cooling.

  Amazing products and fantastic staff. Attention to detail at installation was fantastic. Lincoln also went above and beyond assisting us with a separate solar panel issue which was not his problem but he solved it for us! Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Poor customer service, arrogant staff.
  
  All smiles until you have any grievances or complaints.
  
  Installation was sub par at best.
  
  Flue inside the house is crooked
  Paint on the flue is dull in spots
  Gyp rock dust was left in the roof after installation which has been constantly falling down over the fireplace
  scratches on the paint work on the flue inside
  Dirty hand prints all over the stainless steel after installation
  Contractor tried to spray paint the flue inside the house against the white walls
  No one came to check the work for quality assurance
  Timbers in the roof were cut without permission
  Inside the fireplace was left filthy
  
  Poor customer service, it has been a hassle to get someone to come and have a look.
  
  Have not heard from management at all, each time I ring up I get hand balled from administration to the installer.

  Brilliant service, excellent work and well priced. Can't ask for more than that!
  
  The team were extremely helpful and professional and we can't recommend them highly enough.
  
  We'll be back, just wish we had've found them sooner!

  We recently replaced our old air conditioner with a Daikin reverse cycle split system FTXS71L. We found the administrative staff very pleasant and helpful. Michael and Josh who put in the new air conditioner did a professional job. They were polite and worked tirelessly. On a windy, wet, and rainy day they were clean and tidy. Everything went like clockwork.
